-If parts returned were not purchased from CYBERKITS, no refund will be provided.
- Restocking fee depends on product, and please see details under the Description of item customer is purchasing.
- Refunds provided after return of product, and confirmation return is legitimate.
-If Refund was requested because of DOA, and customer may not get refund if after testing parts determine No Trouble Found.
-If you need to return a TV Repair Kit (our complete sets of TV parts for certain TV models), you must return all of the parts included in the repair kit. We will not accept partial returns (for example, 2 out of the 3 boards in a repair kit)
-Need to have a RMA#, and posted on outside of box with returned product.
